The look for the emo boys - pants
The essential emo look for the bottoms is slim fit. This means that only those emo boys who are size zero or near size zero can really carry off the look. Dark well fitting skin tight black jeans really complete the emo look. To hold up the pants, you also need to wear a belt. To offset the black in the entire look, the belts are usually white. To distinguish you among the emo community you can use a white belt with some metal clips or studs or maybe some chains too.
The look for the emo girl’s - pants and skirts
Emo girls should choose the right bottom. If it’s tighter, then it’s more emo. Many of the emo girls would wear straight legged dickies. But emo girls can wear tights and pants of any brand, but they should be really figure hugging. Girls can be a little creative and play with colors such as blue, white or grey. They can even wear dark tights with dark short denim skirts.
Of course the socks are usually argyle and black converse shoes are preferred the most by both emo boys and emo girls when completing the perfect emo outfit. Black is usually the most preferred emo color.
