How To Get The Emo Look

How To Get The Emo Look

There is a lot more to being Emo than you might think. Most people tend to mistake the Emo style as something that is very sad and depressing. The fact is, this particular style tends to be a little bit more emotional than other styles. This style is actually centered around music and musicians. If it was not for the music and the fans, there would be no Emo style. Take a look and find out how you can master this particular look.

The first thing you need to focus on is your actual hairstyle. There are many different variations to the Emo style. Most of the time the hair is going to be dyed black and it will be cut short. The style is usually a very choppy style. From there, you can even try and wear your hair a lot longer. Most Emo kids who have long hair, tend to wear it up or wear it naturally. You should also take a look at the style of clothes. Emo kids tend to wear a lot of shirts that support their favorite bands. Look into getting some pins for your back pack as well.

Getting the Emo style down is not a very hard process. If you stick to what your research and pictures tell you, you will be in great shape. Start talking to your stylist about the Emo style and let them help you achieve this particular style. You will be so much happier once you get your Emo style completed.

Wow. I love how you all make it out to be this huge ordeal. It’s simple. All you have to do is have cool hair and an individual style. That’s all emo really is. I have very short hair, with it being only 3 and a half inches, and I wear skinnies and listen to grindcore music, I have a ninja turtles backpack, I have a lip piercing, I wear my hats to the side, and I always wear band shirts. People classify me as emo. Research doesn’t tell you jack shit. Just go with the flow. Go to your local Hot Topic or Rue 21 and get all your clothes, and your considered emo. I guarentee it.
