Mayday Parade is a name of a popular USA rock band. This band was firstly formed by former members of Kid Name Chicago and Defining Moment in Florida. Their first EP was titled “Tales told by dead friend” and was sold in more than 25,000 copies without any advertisement or sponsors. The sound and lyrics of their first EP were very imaginary and very well accepted by the public.
The first Mayday Parade album “A lesson in romantics” was released in 2007 under the music production house “Fearless Records”. The Fearless Records is still the official sponsor of Mayday Parade. In May 2008 the band started an introductory tour “Give it a name”. The current members of the band are Derek Sanders - Vocals, Jeremy Lenzo a base guitare and Vocals, Alex Garcia - simple guitar, Brooks Betts - guitar and Jake Bundrick – drums and Vocals.
