What Emo Fashion Has Become
Many of the things that started in emo fashion have changed into what it is today. Flat iron hairstyles are still consistent with the past styles. A few new designs are emerging especially for guys. The straight hair is being spiked on the back of the head. Female styles are pretty much the same as they were from the start of emo culture. Hair is still being died black but this is no longer the steady rule. Platinum blonde is also being seen more and more. It is not so much about the color of the hair as how you style the hair. Many emo girls are wearing colorful hair extensions. A few even died their hair multi-colors but this did not seem to take hold like the blond or black die.
